A Turkish military convoy entered Syrian territories from the border crossing of Kafr Lusin at 2:00 a.m. Friday, while another convoy entered at 10 a.m. and both convoys headed to Idlib province and its southern countryside, Baladi News correspondent reported.
The two convoys consisted of 280 military vehicles, including tanks, personnel carriers, ambulances, as well as ammunition trucks," Baladi correspondent clarified.
The convoys stationed north of the international highway M4.
The convoys were sent only a few hours after Moscow and Ankara announced a ceasefire on Thursday.
Turkish and Russian presidents agreed Thursday in the Russian capital Moscow to stop all fighting actions on demarcation lines between opposition and regime, in addition to establishing a safe corridor for civilians.
