Eight members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have been killed and many others injured by a motor bomb in the southern countryside of Hassakeh on Saturday, Jorf News website reported.
The motorbike was parked on the side of the road and blasted when an SDF vehicle passed by it, the news website pointed out.
In the same context, several members of the SDF have been killed and injured after in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after targeting their patrol with a motor bomb.
The areas controlled by the SDF witness unprecedented escalation by the cells of ISIS, where they conduct surprise attacks and target the patrols of the SDF in their control areas, which led to the death and injury of dozens of the SDF members. This came after the US- backed SDF announced defeating ISIS in its last bastion in Baghouz last March.
