Turkish soldiers injured by Assad regime forces in Idlib

Five Turkish soldiers and fighters of the Syrian opposition factions were wounded, Sunday, as the Assad regime forces fired artillery shells on the town of Al-Bara in the southern countryside of Idlib.

The regime forces stationed in the vicinity of the Maarat al-Numan in Idlib's southern countryside, have targeted a Turkish military convoy in the town of Al-Bara, wounding five Turkish soldiers and four fighters of Faylaq al-Sham which affiliated to the National Front for Liberation, Baladi News correspondent reported. 

The wounded were transferred to Idlib's hospital for treatment, according to Baladi correspondent. 

Since Sunday morning, Russian warplanes which back Assad regime have intensified their aerial bombardment on the city of Kafr Nubl and other areas in the southern countryside of Idlib.

On Saturday, the Turkish province of Gaziantep mourned a Turkish soldier who was killed by artillery shelling of the regime forces in Idlib.
