Om Hassan is a woman from Idlib who lost her husband and one of her children by regime's bombardment on their house in 2015.
She narrates her story that started when she got married to Fadi Adam and had 5 children, she says: "I was living happily with my husband and children and his work was getting better and better, but one day I was sitting with my family when a regime warplane targeted our house and as a result I lost my husband and one of my children and my spine was, the thing that bounded me to a wheelchair for the rest of my life".
Om Hassan traveled to Turkey to receive treatment, but doctors told her they can't help her to walk again as her injury is so dangerous and the shrapnel are almost impossible to be removed from her body.
Om Hassan went back to Idlib to live with her children in the house that was partly-destroyed by the raid. She says that wherever she looks and whatever she does, she remembers her deceased husband and child, hoping to meet them in the afterlife.
